Studies have shown it is essential for organizational successful to have leadership effectiveness. This is true to all organizations as sport organizations. Hence, it is important to identification of factors that can be related to leadership effectiveness. Therefore, the purpose of this research was designing of intelligence models needed for leadership effectiveness of sport managers. The Statistical population were all managers (N1=331) and staffs (N2=1621) of Sport and Young's Ministry, National Olympic committee, National Paraolympics committee, National Olympic Academy, and Sport Federations. Based on Morgan table, 180 managers and 367 staffs were selected with stratified sampling and random sampling for this research. Shring (1998) emotional intelligence questionnaire, Van Dyne and Ang (2004) Four Factor cultural intelligence scale questionnaire, Albrecht (2002) organizational intelligence questionnaire and Leadership effectiveness questionnaire (1388) were used to collect data. Validity of the Questionnaires was confirmed by experts and the reliability coefficient for the emotional intelligence questionnaire (α=0/80), cultural intelligence (α =0/89), organizational intelligence (α =0/88) and for leadership effectiveness questionnaire obtained (α=0/90). Data analysis was performed by multiple regressions. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was performed with AMOS graphic/18for modeling as well. The results showed there was significant relationship between emotional intelligence, cultural intelligence and organizational intelligence and leadership effectiveness. Finally, with regard to these results, it is recommended that in designating sport managers the following features is considered: emotional intelligence, organizational intelligence and cultural intelligence.

Studies have shown that it is essential for organizational successful to have leadership effectiveness. This is applicable to all organizations as sport organizations. Therefore, the purpose of this research was to compare the leadership effectiveness of sport managers. The Statistical society was all managers of Sport and Young's Ministry, National Olympic committee, National Paralympics committee, National Olympic Academy, and Sport Federations (N=331). Base on Morgan table, 180 people were selected with stratified sampling method in this research. Researcher made Leadership effectiveness questionnaire was used to collect data. Data analysis was performed by one way ANOVA test and continuative LSD. The results showed that there was significant difference between leadership effectiveness in sport organizations of Iran (p<0/05) and federations' managers had the most effectiveness. With respected to this results, it is necessary to execute programs to increase leadership effectiveness in organizations that had the minimum score of leadership effectiveness

The purpose of this research was studying the relationship between Emotional qution, Job satisfaction and organization commitment physical education office staff of Tehran universities. The statistical papulation of the study were included 130 people (114 experts of government universities and 16 experts of non-government universities) samples.
The instrument of the study was questionnaires made by shiring and et all (emotional qution), porters and et all (job satisfaction), Meyer JP, Allen JN. (Organization Commitment).
In this research the use of descriptive Method, also average, standara diviation and inference like pierson correlation and multiple regressions.
There was significant correlation respectively between Emotional qution and Job satisfaction (r=0/3، P≤01/0), Emotional qution and organization commitment (r=0/35 ، P≤0/01), Job satisfaction and organization commitment (r=0/69 ، P≤0/01). Also, there were multiple the relationships between Emotional qution and Job satisfaction, Emotional qution and organization commitment. (F =9/23 ، R2=0/19, P≤ 0/001) and (F=8/05 ، R2=0/17 ،P≤ 0/001).
According to results of tht study it seems authority submission to worthy staff, improving teamworking, workshop to introducing emotional qution and suitable using in workplace, can effectiveness in improving organization commitment in physical education office of universities.

The purpose of this study was investigating the relationship between students emotional intelligence,fitness and life quality in Shahid Rejaee Teacher Training University. Target population in this studywas whole the students of that university at academic year 1390-91, nearly 3859 people. The samplewas selected 380 people according to Morgans’ table. Stratified and randomly sampling was used andthe faculties of university was assumed as the strata. In data collection life quality SF-36, sybria-sherinkemotional intelligence questionnaire and practical protocol of physical activity was used. To analyze thedata, in descriptive statistics was used such as frequency, percentage, means, and standard deviation andin inferential statistics, multivariable regression. The finding showed that average score students lifequality with regard index score (100) was median (68-71) and the girls life quality was lower than boyslife quality. Also, average score of boy’s emotional intelligence was upper than girls’ emotionalintelligence and the girls were weaker in fitness average score than boys. Finally, the results wasshowed that fitness (β=0.268) and emotional intelligence (β=0.278) can prediction students life quality(P≤0.001). It the same accomplishing of numerous extramural as sport activities and entertainments bysport office and counseling workshops by counseling center to improving of students life quality.
